The Notary department will be closed on the 28th, 29th and 30th December.
IMPORTANT: As of the 12th of August according to “Ley de Tasas”, Ley 9/2011, in order to draw up any Notarial Document you must submit the following:
- A duly completed and signed application form found on the web, including number of Donors and Attorneys, which must be sent via email to cog.londres.not@maec.es.
- Once the Notary Department receives the completed application form, they will contact you regarding the fee for the Notarial Document, payable via postal order to be made out to the Consulate General of Spain, which should be sent to the Consulate General before the document is drawn up.

Once the payment of the fee has gone through, the Notary Department will contact you for an appointment.
