For legalisation of photocopies, you will need to send the following:
- Original document (Passport, deeds, etc.) and photocopy.
- A prepaid SAE (Recorded or Special Delivery) to return the document(s).
- Fee: £10 per single page.
If you need to have your signature legalised by us, you can do the following:
- By Post:
- Send the document(s) duly signed together with your passport and a prepaid SAE (Recorded or Special Delivery) to return the document (s).
- Fee: £12 per signature.
- In person:
- Please bring the document(s) to be signed before us, and your passport.
- The document(s) will be returned to you by post or can be collected the following working day. Your passport will be returned to you once you have have signed.
- If you wish to return the document (s) by post please submit a prepaid SAE (Recorded or Special Delivery).
- Fee: £12 per signature.

That we do not legalise deeds (powers of attorney, deeds of purchase, etc.) for this purpose you will need to contact the Notary Department.
