04/02/2010. The Minster of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Miguel Ángel Moratinos, is travelling to Brussels to appear before the European Parliament's Foreign Affairs and Development Commissions, where he will present the priorities of the Spanish Presidency of the European Union.
